1. Acceptance
By using shipmvp.in (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The service
ShipMVP generates MVP planning documents from ideas you submit, using Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic, PBC. ShipMVP is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service in ways described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which includes Anthropic's Usage Policy. We may refuse requests, apply limits or block access to protect the Service and its users.
5. AI-generated output
- Plans are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation.
- They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice. Get qualified advice before making decisions that depend on those areas.
- You're responsible for reviewing a plan and for how you use it.
- Similar ideas may produce similar plans for other users.
6. Ownership
You keep all rights to the ideas you submit. As between you and us, you own the plans generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose. The ShipMVP name, logo, website design and code belong to us.
7. Beta & availability
The Service is in public beta and provided free of charge “as is” and “as available”. We may change, limit or discontinue features at any time. If we introduce paid plans, we'll announce them on our pricing page first and you won't be charged without opting in.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipMVP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on a generated plan. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free Service is limited to ₹1,000.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
