1. Anthropic's Usage Policy applies
Plans are generated with Claude, so everything you submit must also comply with Anthropic's Usage Policy. If something is prohibited there, it's prohibited here.
2. Ideas we won't help plan
- Anything illegal where you or your users are, including fraud, scams, counterfeit goods and unlicensed gambling or lending.
- Products designed to harass, stalk, surveil or discriminate against people, or to collect personal data without consent.
- Malware, hacking tools for unauthorised access, or ways to bypass security.
- Weapons, dangerous substances, or content that sexualises minors.
- Misinformation or impersonation services, fake reviews, or election manipulation.
- Products that make high-stakes automated decisions about people (credit, employment, housing, legal or medical) without appropriate human oversight and compliance.
3. Platform abuse
- Don't try to extract or override our system instructions, or use the planner as a general-purpose chatbot.
- Don't automate requests, scrape the site or try to get around rate limits.
- Don't submit other people's personal or confidential data.
4. Enforcement
We may decline requests, rate-limit or block access when we believe this policy is being broken. Requests that Claude declines aren't retried.
