Yes. ShipMVP is in free public beta. To keep it fair for everyone there's a limit of 5 plans per hour per person. Paid plans may come later; anything you generate during the beta stays yours.

Plans are generated with Claude, a model made by Anthropic, through the Claude API. ShipMVP is an independent product and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

We don't keep your idea or plan in a database. To generate a plan, your text is sent to Anthropic's API, which processes it under Anthropic's commercial terms (API inputs and outputs aren't used to train their models by default). Your latest plan is saved only in your own browser so you don't lose it on refresh. See our privacy policy for details.

You do. Use it, edit it, share it with co-founders or investors. Just remember it's AI-generated advice: review it with your own judgement before you spend money or time on it.

Most software, marketplace, content and service ideas work well. We won't plan ideas that break the law or our acceptable use policy, which follows Anthropic's Usage Policy.

Yes. Choose “No-code” as your skill level and the plan recommends tools like Bubble, Glide, Softr or Zapier instead of a coded stack, with tasks sized for a non-technical founder.

Usually under a minute. Claude thinks through scope and trade-offs before writing, so it's not instant, but it's a lot faster than a week of second-guessing.
